If there are any issues with the LED, such as manufacturer defects or faults on our end, simply return it to us within a 30-day period, and we will either replace it with a new one or rectify the situation. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by human error, misuse, or natural disasters.

Q: What should I do if the LED PANEL loses its sticky feature?

  • No need to worry! The material used in our LED PANEL doesn't lose its adhesive properties over time. However, it may accumulate dust on the surface with extended use. To remedy this, simply grab a lint roller or a roller similar to the IKEA lint roller, which features sticky sheets designed to remove fur, hair, dust, and lint from various surfaces including clothes, furniture, and car seats. Just roll the lint roller over the surface of your LED PANEL to remove any dust, and voila! Your LED PANEL will be as sticky as brand new!
  • WARNING: Do not wash the LED PANEL with heavy water spray or any kind of soap, as this will affect the electrical components, circuitry, and the sticky layer of the LED PANEL.
